Wider Europe held a conference on the EU and its neighbourhoods in Paris on 2 december 2011. The event was organised together with the Centre d’Etudes et de Recherches Internationales (CERI) and the Swedish Institute for European Policy Studies (SIEPS), with the support of the Polish Presidency of the EU Council.
